Top 10 X ~ Files Episodes

As a child the X-Files was one of my favorite T.V. shows and solidified my interest in theunusual. Recently I've got Netflix and have been exploring the show I haven't seen heavily since my youth.

10. "Unruhe" This episode is about psychic photography and ice pick brain surgery.

9. "Home" - redneck inbreeding and a dead deformed baby are two reasons why I wouldn't like this episode but it has that classical piece of americana and several genuine strange twists and scares to make me enjoy it.

8. "War of the Coprophages" - Metallic government cockroaches. Not one for the squirmy.

7. The Host (Fluke man) - This is the classic Fluke Man episode, a giant mutant fluke worm man.

6. "Humbug" - an episode with Vincent Schiavelli guest stars in this episode about a side show.

5. "Hunger" - An episode in early season 7. About a mutant who can't control his cravings.

4. "Sleepless" - About the government experiments on sleepless soilders, who become hunted down by a man who can create daytime hallucinations and dreams which kill off the men. Introducing another special agent to the series and guest staring, the Candyman himself.

3. Beyond the Sea *Critically considered #1 but my #3* - Solving a mystery using a medium that Mulder believes is a fraud but after Scully's father's very recent death begins to believe is the real deal after the inmate continually sings a song that was played at her father's funeral. (He's the reason why this episode is amazing.)

2. Paper Hearts - An old serial killer enters Mulder's dreams and convinces him he murdered his sister Samantha. This episode deserved an Emmy for Tom Noonan and the writing. It's a perfect thriller, with a chilling performance.

1. Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose - A serial killer psychic and a psychic that can only predict how people are going to die clash in this funny and dark classic X-File. Guest staring Peter Boyle.

"Song of the South" the film Splash Mountain at Disney world is based on is banned because it was considered racist for using the term 'Tar Baby' despite the fact that a character makes a baby out of actual tar. And the black characters in the film are portrayed as sympathetic and human more so than the white characters. Yet 'Dumbo' and 'Peter Pan' have platinum special editions.

(This is an amazing scene from a great movie, but a friend of mine who happens to be black recently addressed to me that a white man uses that word many, many times and to my knowledge no one batted an eye.)

At least this film is racist and knows it and just has fun with it.

(Silence of the Lambs was protested by the homosexual community for being anti-homosexual despite that the book and film many times remind us that Buffalo Bill is not a transexual or homosexual at all...why did you think Demme directed 'Philadelphia' sadly enough, he was bullied into it because he felt bad of the film he'd already made. Despite that I still enjoy 'Philadelphia'.)

The homosexual community protested 'Basic Instinct' because they believed the killer was portrayed as a homosexual . . . despite that 'Swoon' is directed by a gay man & based on a true story about two homosexual men who murdered a young boy to get off in the 1920's. And Alfred Hitchcock directed 'Rope' inspired by that event.

American Psycho one of the most protested novels by feminists and the film is written and directed by a woman. (Directed by Mary Heron.)

Loved by some, hated by a lot and snobbed by well snobs, but I enjoy each one for different reasons.

1. Judge Dredd (But it is based on an amazing comic.)

2. Supermario Bros. (Don't judge me)

3. Subspecies(The series is beyond cheesy, but that's why I love it.)

4. Nightbreed (That's David Cronenberg in the mask, actually he's terrific in the film.)

5. Hackers (Nah who am I kidding this is a great movie!)

Favorite Movie Death Scenes

1. He gets lit on fire, runs down a hallway, then falls on an army, c'mon it's awesome and hilarious!!! The Steward of Gondor in "The Lord of the Rings, Return of the King"
2. Pyramid Head in "Silent Hill" does something I find absurd to the woman in the picture.
3. I'm not even commenting on it, it speaks for itself.
4. The decapitation in "The Omen".
5. Brilliant film and also the reason Sonny's death in The Godfather isn't in this list is because it's a copy of this one. "Bonnie and Clyde"
6. The Godfather. The restaurant scene.
7. Godfather 2 fanucci's death
8.Jennifer's death in Nightmare on Elm St. 3 : Dream Warriors
9. He just wines down. It's poetic "Blade Runner"
10. The first time I saw this thing grab the pig monster (Yes the name of the creature it eats escapes me at this point.) I loved it. "Return of the Jedi" ^.^
