Marinade Recipe...I haven't named it.
So this marinade worked well for sliced meat on sandwiches, possibly on chicken or fish. It doesn't have a thickener hence marinade and only experimenting with maybe 3 batches I abandoned it for the current green sauce I make. I did not write down the measurments I just winged it so all ingredients are to taste.
Cayenne Pepper
Thai Chili Peppers
Black Pepper
Ground Mustard
Paprika
Cumin
Orange Juice
Garlic
Honey
Apple Cider Vinegar
***Strain the pulp when done blending***
